Counselling Services
Stonecross Retreat offers both out patient and residential services. Counselling is most successful for individuals who are both willing and wanting change. The initial session (first 30 minutes) of your session is FREE - after that point, the fee is 180.00/hr. with a one hour minimum)
Life Stress Reduction & Traumatic Incident Reduction
Minimum of 6 sessions if full assessment is requested. The first session is for a complete interview plus Interest and distress list development and goal-setting. This will usually take about 2.5 hrs. to 3 hrs. - the fee for the initial interview session is a set price of 400.00 for up to 4 hrs. This Interview/Interest & Distress List and Goal Clarification, and is an essential step towards both a decrease and elimination of the negative emotional charge which commonly occurs after a traumatic experience. Common Referrals include individuals suffering from: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Phobias, and Anxiety Attacks.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy & Equine Assisted Learning
Individual Session is 150.00 for 1 hr. session or a package of 5 sessions will cost 700.00. Group EAP & EAL must be purchased in packages of 5 sessions. The cost for Group EAP & EAL is 120.00 for the first participant and an additional 50.00 for each additional participant up to a maximum of 6 participants and 300.00/hr. For Teambuilding/Communication/Brainstorming Days, and other performance enhancing activities, an individual contract will be customized for your group.

The main intent of our Trauma Resolution Program is to decrease and eliminate negative charge relating to PTSD, Anxiety, Fear, Phobia, and or Historical Trauma, Grief and Loss. We take a holistic approach to treatment and provide therapy for emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellness to bring about balance in one's life.
